Coimbatore-Anakatty-Agali-Attapady-Mannarkkad Road trip
Route Map

Starting from Coimbatore towards Kanvai-Thadagam road, then its straight road through Anakatti, Agali, Attapady and will join at Mannarkkad onto NH 213 joining Palakkad and Calict.

The road is good in condition, You are almost travelling through hill roads and jungle, You will also pass through Mukkali Junction after Attapadi town which is the entry point to Silent Valley National Park.

Munnar to Thekkady via Ramakkalmedu

Munnar to Thekkady via Chinnakanal, Nedumkandam

If you are travelling to Thekkady from Munnar or vice versa opt the Devikulam, Chinnakanal, Udumbanchola, Nedumkandam Route. This route will cover maximum attracting spots on the way like

1.Devikulam
2.Anayirankal Dam
3.Periyakanal Waterfalls
4.Lockhart Gap
5.Harrisons Lockhart Tea estate view

FYI:lease keep in mind that the distance would be approx 110 km instead of Normal Pallivasal, Rajakkad, udumbanchola road.

Ramakkalmedu:
To reach Ramakkalmedu you need to take a left after Nedumkandam town then via Mundiyeruma, thookupalam junction.

Tip: If you have 1 hour time you can see the Penstock pipes crossing NH220 to Periyar Power house from Mullaperiyar Dam. All you need to travel 5 km through Kumily Cumbam NH220 Highway.
